INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN
THE FIRST EDITION OF MUTEMATICA
(Ciudad Guayana)

is pleased to invite you to the first meeting of media art to be held on 13 and
14 November 2014 in the main hall of art SIDOR located in Altavista Puerto
Ordaz, Venezuela.
This invitation is part of a curatorial process, which will have as a deadline for the receipt of proposals, on October 13, 2014.

This Exhibition is intended to show
works by artists who at playful times, with a rhythmic, harmonic or melodic influence,
are able to create exquisite Visual/Sonic moments.
We are interested in everything concerning to digital art (Photography, Sound Art, Installations, Net art and Video Art) we are also receiving with special criterion: performance, drawing, painting, graphics and sculpture.
Each artist may participate with a maximum of 2 proposals.
Remember to attach the respective assembly manual if there’s a specific type of installation (will be sending 2d and 3d plans of the art room if the artist needs it).
We need the location and photos, specifically for works carried out in situ, for proposals of net art, interactive installations, present a diagram with Museum signs and in specific cases ensure their presence for the installation of the work.
There will be a space in time intended for artists interested in giving a workshop of their work, from 9:00am to 12:00n and 2:00pm to 4:00pm the days: 13 and 14 Nov 2014.
In order to verify technical information of works, we require from you to send in Word format or pdf your artwork as soon as possible to: contacto@musicaculpable.org

Thank you for your understanding that we do not have a budget to pay fees to participants for now, equal processed resources to cover all the costs of production, (transport of artworks, museum resources, etc.)
